Clubbercise Loughborough MONDAY 7.00PM

Clubbercise® classes are 45 minutes long and are taught in a darkened room with disco lights and LED glow sticks set to a soundtrack of old and new club hits, so dim down your lights & get ready to GLOW. A fusion of fun dance, toning and combat moves with high/low impact options for all fitness levels, one class burns around 600 calories.
This class is for all ages (16+) & abilities.
(Please Note - Only the official Clubbercise Glowsticks can be used in this class - these are available to purchase, along with replacement batteries, from the SHOP.)
***Please Note - class on 5th January 2026 will be held at Woodhouse Community Hall at 7.00pm***
