Clubbercise® classes are 45 minutes long and are taught in a darkened room with disco lights and LED glow sticks set to a soundtrack of old and new club hits, so lets dim down the lights & get ready to GLOW.
A fusion of fun dance, toning and combat moves with high/low impact options for all fitness levels, one class burns around 600 calories.
Total Body Toning – a 50 minute class using your own body weight and light weights/dumbells (optional) to define, develop, strengthen and tone. Targeting all those problem areas – abdominals, core, glutes, legs, upper body and arms. Ending with felxibility/stretching routines.
A full-body cardio session guaranteed to build strength, stability and good posture and is a great fat-burner. This 45 minute workout is a great fat-burner, incorporating step patterns and moves which will strengthen your core and really tone your butt and thighs.
30 minute sessions of yoga inspired moves to promote balance, flexibility and core stability

A bodyweight resistance program delivering a total body strength and endurance workout.
With a great house and trance playlist, this workout is centred around a Legs, Bums, Tums style class including floor work and includes exercises inspired by power yoga..
A cardio class inspired by martial arts where you can punch and kick your way through a total body workout to motivating music. An energetic 45 minute workout targeting your legs, toning your arms, back, shoulders and core. You destroy calories, develop coordination, agility and speed, and feel empowered. Suitable for those with a moderate fitness level and the movements are quite simple so you don't need to be greatly coordinated. Expect to burn heaps of calories and feel great whilst you’re doing it! Great if your goal is weight loss or general fitness. **Available ON DEMAND**

Classes are developed and taught by an instructor with 19 years of experience supporting people in care settings with a range of needs and disabilities – learning disability/physical disability/sensory disability and mental health needs. The instructor is also qualified and trained to deliver exercise classes to participants with a range of additional needs. (One carer per participant is permitted to join the class for free where they are required to provide support during class to the participant.)
A full initial consultation and risk assessment is completed to ensure that our classes are adapted to meet your needs and help you achieve your personal health and fitness goals.
Customised classes are also available for people with more complex disabilities and needs (e.g. severe, multiple and complex learning disabilities and Autistic Spectrum Disorder). Additional sensory based sessions are available. Please contact us for further information.
